Operatunity concert The Last Night of the Proms finally sees our core performers back together again for the first time in 2017! Artists Susan Boland, John Cameron, Bonaventure Allen-Moetaua and Karl Perigo will take the stage for this variety show of magnificent melodies, skits and singalongs, accompanied by pianist Penny Dodd. We pay tribute to Vera Lynn on her 100th birthday and we feature tributes to many famous acts like Dame Edna, John Cleese, Florence Foster Jenkins, the Goons, Peter Sellars, Music Hall artists and many more. It is our maddest proms yet with a chance for us to enjoy flag waving and the rousing famous Proms tunes as well.For now however, our fantastic four are all over the globe!
Sue & John have just escorted travellers through Paris and the beautiful French country side. Karl is currently in Ireland escorting the history rich trip through-out July. Bonnie is performing in It’s Rainin’ Men, our ‘original’ boyband inspired concert, alongside Cameron Barclay, Rutene Spooner and Rory Nolan, until late July when he’ll enjoy a short break from life on the road before The Last Night of the Proms tour in early August.
Sue, John, Karl, and Bonnie will reunite in Nelson for the sold out The Last Night of the Proms concert that kicks off Friday August 11, where we all experience a Right Royal time!
