We present our 3 Tenors and many other favourite artists in a series of great concerts on the mighty Murray. We charter the Murray Princess so it is just us on board! This means we can enjoy the music, joy, the camaraderie of our fellow music-lovers and all that the Murray River offers. Plus great daily activities and a tour to the Barossa Valley.

• We take over the boat (just Operatunity folk) and as we cruise the tranquil waters of the mighty Murray, we bring you music, mayhem and madness.
• We stop along the way into little towns, enjoy the amazing cliffs and the pelicans to keep us company at dawn and sunset.
• Specially themed musical events as our 3 Tenors and many of our favourite artists present the following concerts: A Tribute to the Tenors featuring our three tenors singing famous tenor songs, When Irish Eyes are Smiling! where we transport you to an Irish pub with famous Irish songs and jokes, From Phantom to Les Mis - great songs from the modern musicals including Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Evita, Les Miserables (and more) with a chance to dress up in wacky music theatre costumes, Family Soiree, and A European Romance - an evening of glamour as we dress up and are transported to Europe through our music plus spotlights on two of our singers Ben and Amanda.
• Then when you think you might get cabin fever, we whisk you off for a tour of the Barossa Valley with fabulous food and wine tasting.
• Leave your wallets at home as everything (apart from shopping and drinks) is included.
• Hosted by Bonnie, Ben, Derek, Susan, John, Amanda, Lynette, Ravel and pianist Stephen de Pledge.

• Driving tour of Adelaide, then Hahndorf, a cute German settlement, for lunch and a chance to shop.
• Tonight’s concert entitled Family Soiree with our own favourite songs and a chance to introduce our fabulous team of artists. What a great way to start our week!
SATURDAY 15 NOVEMBER 2025 (B, L, D)
Highlights Include:
• A visit to Murray Bridge, stop for sights and shopping!
• Wander around Mannum and visit the museum.
• Fancy dress night with concert after dinner From Phantom to Les Mis as we celebrate all the great songs from the modern musicals including Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Evita, Les Miserables and so many more. Dress in costumes from these musicals, the wackier the better!
SUNDAY 16 NOVEMBER 2025 (B, L, D)
Highlights Include:
• A leisurely morning cruising upriver to the Big Bend with a visit to Blanchetown and Burk Salter’s vineyard for some wine tasting.
• Spotlight on Ben - we feature the delightful Ben, hear him sing and get to know him a little better.
• We transport you to an Irish pub on board this evening with When Irish Eyes are Smiling featuring great Irish songs, singalongs, jokes and fun.
MONDAY 17 NOVEMBER 2025 (B, L, D)
Highlights Include:
• A full day tour of the Barossa Valley including wine tasting and tours, and a gourmet vineyard lunch.
• Later we are invited to join the first officer on his Ghost Tour of Morgan.
• We enjoy the singalong version of the movie Show Boat, as we cruise along in our own paddle steamer.
TUESDAY 18 NOVEMBER 2025 (B, L, D)
Highlights Include:
• A guided tour of the Morgan Museum.
• An Afternoon with Amanda as we showcase the talent of Amanda and hear about her life as a singer.
• This evening we listen to our 3 Tenors, presenting a concert A Tribute to the Great Tenors as we celebrate many of the greats: Pavarotti, Domingo, Mario Lanza, Caruso, Andrea Bocelli and Josh Groban.
WEDNESDAY 19 NOVEMBER 2025 (B, L, D)
Highlights Include:
• Enjoy some free time cruising today - time for some cards or a jigsaw puzzle as we watch the world go by.
• A Woolshed show with a difference where typical Australian woolshed history is recreated.
• The great Aussie BBQ with campfire tales and singalongs plus an optional nocturnal tour to view some nocturnal animals.
THURSDAY 20 NOVEMBER 2025 (B, L, D)
Highlights Include:
• Ngaut Ngaut Aboriginal Reserve, one of Australia’s most significant archaeological sites.
• A chance for adventure seekers to take a scenic speed boat ride!
• Final night Captain’s Dinner with the team presenting A European Romance, as we glamorously dress up and are transported to Europe. A highlight of the trip and a fabulous way to celebrate the end of our perfect tour.

We farewell the Murray and fly home, full of food, music and sights!

Mobility - Easy Tour
This tour will suit people with a stick, but not a walker or in a wheelchair. You will be required to walk to get from place to place and stand in museums and gardens, but it is designed to be an easy tour with lots of time to rest, travel on a coach and walk easy leisurely distances. You will need to be able to get on and off a bus with ease. If you are unsure, please ring the office to discuss your suitability for our tours.
