We are delighted to announce our trip to Rarotonga this September 2021.
We continue to take a softly softly approach to overseas travel but we have decided to go to Rarotonga because:
- We have booked the entire resort in the Cook Island Crown Beach Resort and Spa so we can stay in our own bubble.
- Because we are able to fly there without quarantine and the travel bubble is not yo-yo-ing like in Australia at present.
- Air New Zealand and the hotel have told us that they would transfer the booking if we were unable to go due to a COVID outbreak in New Zealand.
- There is no COVID in Rarotonga and most of their residents will be vaccinated by then as will most of our NZ customers.
With this in mind we believe it is the best and safest destination to dip our toe into the water for overseas travel. And what a place to dip our toes - the warm Pacific Ocean and resort pool at a time when we are all sick of the winter!
There is very limited space on this trip so please book early if you wish to come with us.
We will require a minimum number for this trip to proceed. With limited numbers available, please let us know as soon as possible if this is something you would be interested in booking.
